How to order our goods?
If you want to place an order, send the following information to our email: info@trailers-atv.com.
1) Trailer or product type you want to order
2) Name, delivery address and invoice information (if you have a VAT identification number, the invoice will be issued excluding VAT)
3) Phone number on which the carrier can contact you
We will always first inform you about your delivery costs and the total order price. We always submit your order only after we receive your confirmation!
When you choose a bank transfer as your payment method (see the invoice for our account number), we submit your order the day following the day we receive your payment in our account or upon receiving the corresponding bank transfer confirmation.
NOTE: We do not accept payments via PayPal or Xoom. It is only possible to pay by classic account transfer (to our EUR account – always given in the invoice).
The delivery time is up to 1 week upon receiving your payment in our account (bank transfer).
Every ATV Trailer is accompanied by the following instructions: Installation instructions with pictures, User manual, CE warranty certificate and original invoice. All documents are provided in English.
